Insert the mouthpiece and ensure a comfortable fit. Press the power button to turn on the device. Tap to select your desired light mode. Relax and allow the device to run for the full treatment cycle (10-15 minutes). When finished, remove the device and rinse mouth with water. Rinse the mouthpiece and allow it to dry before storing.

For best results, use 3-5 times per week for 4-6 weeks, then maintain as needed.
