Distilled Water, Magnesium Chloride (Hexahydrate), Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), 100% Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils: Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Organic Vegetable Glycerin.

How to use:

• For sleep: Spray 1-2 sprays on the bottoms of your feet and massage into skin before bed.

• For sore muscles: Spray directly onto achy muscles or joints and massage into skin.

• For stress or anxiety relief: Spray onto neck and shoulders or inhale deeply for a calming effect.

• For digestion: Spray onto stomach for a soothing, calming sensation.
